The HeadwayGenNHM instance in Python stores the data for creating a CFlowGenNHM instance in C++.

This is for a heavy-vehicle-only traffic.

All heavy vehicles’ headways will be generated based on the pre-studied distribution of Auxerre heavy vehicles’ headways.
